Abstract

  • The value of exports through loading ports in the North Sumatra region in June 2021 decreased compared to May 2021, from US$913.86 million to US$886.32 or decreased by 3.01 percent. When compared to June 2020, North Sumatra's exports increased by 36.10 percent
  • The category of goods that experienced the largest increase in the value of North Sumatra's exports in June 2021 compared to May 2021 was the rubber and rubber goods group of US$31.00 million (26.91%).
  • Exports to China in June 2021 were the largest at US$156.96 million, followed by the United States at US$115.10 million and Russia at US$69.12 million with the contribution of the three reaching 38.50 percent.
  • According to the main group of export destinations in June 2021, exports to the Asian region (outside ASEAN) were the largest with a value of US$307.80 (34.73%)
