Survey Training

On Thursday (March 13), the 2025 Survey Training for Officers in the Processing Industry, Mining, Energy, and Construction was held. The training took place for one day at the BPS Nias Regency office. The training was officially opened by the Head of BPS Nias Regency, Puguh Setiandono, SST., M.Si. This training was attended by 8 participants (field officers), 2 regional instructors, and 1 committee member.

The 2025 Survey for the Processing Industry, Mining, Energy, and Construction is conducted to obtain quality and beneficial statistical data in the fields of industry, mining, energy, and construction for the government. Each sector has its own specific survey, such as the Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK) for the industry sector, the Household Mining Business Survey for the mining sector, the Captive Power Survey for the energy sector, and the Annual Construction Company Survey (SKTH) for the construction sector, etc.

This data collection is done on a quarterly and annual basis. The quarterly surveys will be conducted every quarter, meaning four times a year. Meanwhile, the annual surveys will only be conducted once a year.

The survey will be carried out in both Nias Regency and West Nias Regency. The number of field officers in both regencies is the same, with 4 officers per regency, consisting of 3 Field Enumerators (PCL) and 1 Field Supervisor (PML).
