On May 20, 2024, a National Awakening Day ceremony was held at the Nias Regency BPS office. National Awakening Day coincides with the birthday of Boedi Utomo, a movement organization that played a significant role in Indonesia's struggle for independence. This year’s ceremony carried the theme "Rise for Golden Indonesia," with Mr. Puguh Setiandono, SST, M.Si serving as the ceremony leader.

The National Awakening Day ceremony was also Mr. Puguh’s first as the new Head of Nias Regency BPS. May this commemoration continue to ignite the spirit of dedication, especially among the staff of Nias Regency BPS.
